Wildtree guarantees your plants will arrive at the delivery location alive and healthy. If your plant(s) are either not alive or damaged during transit, please contact us right away. The sooner you contact us, the better we can help resolve the issue.

Please note: It is common for plants to cast foliage during transit, and your plants may be freshly pruned prior to shipping if deemed necessary by our team. These conditions will not be considered damage.

In the event your plant arrived either dead or otherwise damaged, we will require a picture of the plant and a description of the problem within 7 days in order to arrange for delivery of a one-time replacement. In order to assist us in eliminating any damage caused during transit, we request you include photos of any damage to the packaging if applicable.

If you've purchased a deciduous plant during either winter or early spring while dormant, and it fails to emerge from dormancy by the end of May, please contact us by no later than June 1st. We will attempt to devise an action plan to preserve the purchased plant or arrange for a replacement if necessary.
